Claire Lopez
Claire has a deep love of plants and an eye for design and has been fascinated with both since she was a child. She will make sure that your yard is a usable space and a beautiful sight. After Claire received a master's in landscape architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, she worked in the DFW area as a landscape designer, urban planner and consultant. Although she is currently living in Colorado, through the magic of the internet, she can design in any geographical area.

We gather as much information as we can from you so we can deliver the landscape of your dreams. We love working with native plants because of their innate beauty, drought tolerance and disease resistance. Your design can be as precise as Versailles or as loose as nature Herself. We provide the design which you can install yourself or hire a landscape contractor to install for you. We are happy to discuss the design with your contractor. We Care About the Details

We Want You to Be Happy!
We truly want you to fall in love with your landscape design, which is why we want as much information upfront as we can get (providing photos and a survey, if possible), along with completing our questionnaire. That doesn't mean that our vision always matches your vision, so revisions are a definite possibility. We want to get it right! We can also provide 3D pictures and a movie that allows you to walk through the completed, mature landscape.

We turned to Claire and Bella Vista after a great freeze in our area. We lost 20+ year old trees and bushes along our fence line and beside our pool. We needed these plants for privacy and screening. Claire took one look at our place and asked if we liked trimming some giant shrubs from a too narrow flowerbed. No, we were sick of it! She said, “Why keep fighting what Nature intended? There’s your screen!” We immediately transplanted the shrubs to the open space and they flourished! It was then easy for us to create a pollinator garden in the narrow bed. No more trimming! We enjoy our space and would never have thought of any of Claire’s suggestions! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Bella Vista!
